YOUR MISSION:

• Drive Technical Product Strategy & Vision: Partner closely with engineering leaders to define the product vision, roadmap, and core metrics while navigating technical constraints, architecture trade-offs, and tech debt.
• Scope, Refine & Prioritize: Translate complex business requirements into crystal-clear user stories, API expectations, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can immediately execute on.
• End-to-End Agile Ownership: Take full accountability for the product backlog—from refinement and sprint planning to active participation in architecture reviews and daily alignment.
• Bridge Tech & Stakeholders: Act as a high-bandwidth translator between business leaders, engineering, UI/UX, data analytics, and marketing teams to ensure end-to-end alignment across the product lifecycle.
• Experiment & Leverage AI: Utilize A/B testing, funnel analytics, and data pipelines to validate hypotheses, while actively exploring how AI tools can accelerate delivery and automate repetitive workflows.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven Product Track Record: Solid background as a Technical Product Manager delivering digital products in high-scale environments (e.g., Mobile Gaming, AdTech, E-Commerce, or MarTech).
• Deep Technical Fluency: Strong ability to read and discuss API contracts, system architectures, and database schemas alongside engineers as an equal sparring partner.
• Mastery of Agile Backlog Management: Practical experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to maximize team focus and delivery velocity.
• Data-Driven & Experimental Mindset: Skilled in using quantitative data, A/B testing frameworks, and product analytics to make objective decisions rather than relying on intuition.
• High-Scale Impact: 4+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional engineering teams on high-throughput products reaching millions of users.
• Strong Ownership & Communication: Entrepreneurial drive, clear problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate technical details to developers while framing strategic outcomes for leadership.
• Collaborative Hybrid Setup: Thriving in a fast-paced, in-office atmosphere in Hamburg (Tuesday–Thursday).
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English for an international setup.
