About the Team

We are building the leading Product and Engineering organisation in Europe and are looking for Technical Product Managers of different seniority levels in several product areas, such as Banking, Wealth, Data Platform, Runtime Platform, Developer Experience, among others. You can choose your mission with the possibility of changing environments over time to develop your skills and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze data to identify problems and break solutions into manageable, value-delivering chunks
• Take ownership of one or more technical products from ideation to delivery, monitoring performance and impact
• Create compelling product visions and roadmaps based on user understanding and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft user-centric, business-valued solutions
• Define and analyze metrics, identify pain points, and iterate quickly for optimal user experience with minimal risks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience in technical domains like platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, etc.
• Technical background with a passion for complex engineering challenges
• Founder-mindset — thrive in autonomous, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, security, and operations
• High attention to detail and a bias for action
