YOUR IMPACT

With our Compliance COCKPIT, we support companies in building digital compliance programs. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll drive innovation at the intersection of compliance, security, and enterprise capabilities. You will lead the evolution of our configurable, rule-based platform, ensuring it meets enterprise demands. Here’s how you can contribute:

  1. Drive the strategy – with a technical lens! Define and execute product strategy for core components like Attribute Management, SSO, APIs, and Configuration tools. Understand the technical landscape, including security and scalability, and align your roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Architecture to promote platform adoption.
  2. Address customer problems! Engage with enterprise clients to identify challenges around user management, identity federation, and workflows. Translate needs into scalable platform features. Partner with Engineering and Design to create secure, extensible solutions.
  3. Support delivery! Own quarterly objectives on platform initiatives. Define requirements, build user stories, and manage dependencies. Work with Engineering using agile practices for quick feedback and high quality.
  4. Be a platform evangelist! Act as the platform expert. Promote features like SSO, audit logging, and integrations. Enable Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams. Represent the platform in discussions, briefings, and partnerships.

THIS IS YOU

To succeed:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on platform features or integrations.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering complex products with measurable impact.
  • You demonstrate strong technical acumen—comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and system interoperability.
  • You show leadership and ownership—aligning teams, influencing without authority, and executing strategies.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are curious, analytical, pragmatic, and passionate about simplifying complex systems.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
