We are expanding globally and seeking a Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Retail Partnerships team. This role involves driving strategic growth and performance of key B2B partnerships, requiring versatility and proactive engagement.

What you will do:

• Provide technical consultation during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, supporting and growing a portfolio of leading travel retailers.
• Define and execute growth initiatives of a technical and commercial nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.
• Develop and implement operational processes and tools aimed at automation, collaborating with engineering teams.
• Build and nurture relationships to enhance engagement with our products, guiding development and increasing brand loyalty.
• Manage incidents by responding to partner escalations, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Workplace:

Primarily based in Germany, preferably at our Berlin HQ. We are a remote-first company with teams worldwide and occasional in-office meetings in Berlin.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within technology/software, travel, transportation, or logistics industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead projects across multiple teams including product, engineering, support, sales, and finance.
• Experience with APIs, Postman, and SQL, with a strong affinity for data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages, especially Italian, are a plus.
