Position Summary

Become part of our successful Foundry team as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager (f/m/d) in Munich. Role and Responsibilities

  1. Supports all EU customers regarding technology roadmap and technical promotion activities as well as customer onboarding on the B2B system
  2. Manages and updates technical promotion and marketing materials
  3. Responsible for analysing the market and technology (TAM, SAM and SOM), considering the competition and market shares with different potential customers
  4. Observe and analyse existing and emerging markets and trends in the Foundry business especially Security, Automotive, IOT and Industrial Market
  5. Identify new projects and initiate and follow-up product qualification / design-in
  6. Arrange and deliver technical presentations in-house and on customer site
  7. Plan and carry out professional promotion activities in consultation and cooperation with assigned product portfolio
  8. Analyse and evaluate business results and submit regular business reports
  9. Prepare, supervise and monitor the relevant Global Supply Chain including forecast
  10. Facilitate and strengthen effective communication amongst all commercial parties between customer and Samsung support entities
  11. Foster key relationships to customers

Skills and Qualifications

  1. University degree or equivalent preferred
  2. Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach
  3. Strong customer orientation
  4. Persuasive and professional presenting products / technologies and concepts to customers
  5. Good knowledge of Foundry application markets and customers ( Automotive, Security, Banking & Gov. ID and Industrial Market)
  6. More than 5 years professional experience in a sales function within the semiconductor area (Design Flows, EDA setup, PPA assessments, etc)
  7. Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
  8. Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
  9. Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  10. Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
  11. Familiarity to work with state of the art software applications (MS-Office, SAP/R3)
  12. Fluent in German and English language
