As Senior Technical IT Consultant Customer Data Management (Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform), you will be part of our transformation towards a data- and experience-driven company. With more than 6000 global users, an API-first strategy, and millions of customer data sets to manage, we are looking for the right candidate to push our customer data IT landscape to the next level.

You will build a new foundation for our customer data-related processes based on Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and PowerApps. These include registrations to our loyalty programs, master data processes, and data sharing with digital frontends and backend applications – on a global scale.

What you can expect:

• Develop and drive our customer data management solutions with the focus on seamless customer experience, data integration, IT security, and technology.
• Design consistent technical concepts, supervise implementation teams, and align with enterprise architects on a future-proof technology landscape.
• Take over IT ownership of customer data-related interfaces and services and ensure seamless and performant data distribution across multiple back- and frontends.
• Guide and coach other IT professionals with your technical expertise, passion, and excellent communication skills.
• Analyse and discover technological innovations to extend and improve our technology stack.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Excellent knowledge of programming languages, interface, and integration technologies.
• Proven IT background and relevant work experience (+8 years).
• Analytical strength and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English – German would be a plus.
