Job Description

Senior Technical Architect (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

1. Bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and leading successful implementations that support strategic initiatives.
2. Lead the architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions for product/project delivery and maintenance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Ensure continuous knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current, high-quality, and aligned with client requirements.
4. Review architecture and design deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, standards, and governance measures.
5. Train and develop team members to maintain an adequate supply of skilled personnel in the relevant technologies and mitigate delivery risks.

Your profile:

1. 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of in-depth knowledge in Access Management, especially ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, including design, analysis, and architecture planning.
2. Experience supporting medium to large-scale customers across various industries.
3. Active participation in project execution with strong technical skills.
4. Ability to understand client business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives.
5. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
6. CISSP certification is a plus.
7. Experience in implementing and supporting ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), ForgeRock IDM, Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS), and related connectors.
8. Excellent understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with directories like Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services, Azure AD.
9. Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS; proficiency with connector XpressJava connector server implementation.
