• Salary Range: €70,000 - 85,000 gross per year, depending on seniority
• Office-first work setup
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent in a competitive landscape.
• Oversee external agencies for select roles.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing motivation, technical competence, experience, values, and behaviors.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, providing constructive feedback.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, preferably in start-ups.
• Proven track record of hiring senior tech talent (e.g., Principal/Staff level).
• Comfortable explaining complex tech products to a technical audience.
• Experienced in sourcing passive candidates through creative channels.
• Data-driven approach to improve hiring strategies.
• Experience filling high-demand technical roles.
• Excellent trust-building and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1).
