Your tasks

We are looking for a strategic

  • Help develop the long-term tech product vision for fulfillment, logistics, and operations, ensuring smooth integration between ERP, warehouse management, and e-commerce platforms including retail order flows via EDI
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for ERP (Business Central D365), defining the “why” and “what” of key problems to solve, product features, improvements, and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to align global priorities and ensure efficient operations.
  • Work with ERP and WHMS teams to drive system improvements, optimize workflows, and enable scalability.
  • Lead product discovery to identify pain points and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with software engineering to deliver high-impact changes, ensuring ERP-related enhancements are implemented predictably and effectively.
  • Develop metrics to track fulfillment speed, order accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational costs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Champion cross-department collaboration, facilitating alignment between business stakeholders, tech teams, and operations.
  • Apply a data-driven and business-first mindset, continuously iterating on the product strategy based on feedback and performance insights.

Your tasks

We are looking for a strategic Tech Product Manager to own and drive fulfilment, logistics, and operations at KoRo. This role will be the Product Owner for our ERP (Business Central D365) and will play a critical role in aligning stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, finance, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution of our omnichannel business.

  • Help develop the long-term tech product vision for fulfillment, logistics, and operations, ensuring smooth integration between ERP, warehouse management, and e-commerce platforms including retail order flows via EDI
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for ERP (Business Central D365), defining the “why” and “what” of key problems to solve, product features, improvements, and integrations.

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, finance, or ERP systems.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel commerce and operational complexities in snacking, food, or retail industries.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Business Central D365), warehouse management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
  • Strong ability to align senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, logistics, and finance, balancing competing priorities.
  • Track record of driving large-scale process improvements and system integrations that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Proficiency in writing technical requirements (Epics, User Stories), mapping business processes, and defining operational workflow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A business outcomes-driven approach, prioritizing impact over feature delivery.
