YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Team Lead : Secure by Design (all genders), you will play a key role at CLOUDYRION. You will lead a team of experienced IT security experts who develop and implement security concepts at the highest technical level. Working closely with our client teams, you will establish a security-first culture that prioritizes technical depth, automation, and efficiency.

Your focus will be on integrating Secure by Design principles into complex IT environments – from cloud and container technologies to API security – in a sustainable way.

YOUR ROLE

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation : Lead your Secure by Design team to develop cutting-edge security strategies for internal and client projects. You will leverage innovative technologies to create sustainable, agile, and effective security processes.
• Collaboration & Coaching : Foster a shared security mindset by conducting workshops, training, and close collaboration – both within your team and with our clients. You will actively promote a “Security is a team effort” culture and establish Security Champions.
• Risk-Based Security Management : Analyze complex IT architectures, identify security risks, and develop tailored security measures to strengthen resilience and protect our clients.
• Representation & Networking : Strengthen CLOUDYRION’s industry presence, expand our professional network, and position yourself as a thought leader for Secure by Design at conferences and industry events.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience & Expertise : At least 5 years of experience in IT security, including 3 years in a leadership or strategic role. You have a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Technical & Industry Knowledge : Expertise in areas such as DevSecOps, cloud security, threat modeling, API security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27k). You’ve also built a strong professional network and a solid reputation in the IT security field.
• Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively in both English and German.
• Analytical Thinking : You excel at finding creative solutions for complex challenges and implementing them effectively.
• Empathy & Openness : Your leadership style is based on respect, teamwork, and mutual trust.
