Job summary

Lyceum is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager to signed offer. You will work directly with the Head of People and the founders, helping build a talent function that finds the best people in the market through its own channels, complemented by selected search firms for senior hires.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who loves to source, measures everything and is always testing new ideas.

Qualifications

• Data-driven, creative and hardworking.

• Track and improve our funnel with data, from first contact to accepted offer.
• Use AI tools and automation to make our recruiting faster and better.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent Lyceum in the market
