Job summary

Lyceum is building a world-class team. As our Senior Talent Partner, you will own hiring end to end for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager to signed offer.

You will work directly with the Head of People and the founders to shape a scalable talent function that finds the best people in the market. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with an uncompromising bar who loves to source, measures everything and is always testing new ideas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house at fast-growing scale-ups.
• Experience recruiting both commercial and technical roles.
• Strong active sourcing track record and high hiring bar.
• Data-driven, creative and hardworking; uses AI tools in daily work.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
• Outstanding academic background from leading universities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and win exceptional people for every team across commercial and technical roles.
• Be the guardian of our talent bar and calibrate hiring managers and interviewers on it.
• Partner with hiring managers on role profiles and scorecards, and keep them close to the pipeline.
• Steer executive search partners with the Head of People for senior hires.
• Source actively and creatively; test new channels to reach top talent.
• Track and improve our funnel with data, from first contact to accepted offer.
• Use AI tools and automation to make our recruiting faster and better.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent Lyceum in the market.

As our Senior Talent Partner, you find and win people with the highest raw intelligence, high agency, deep ownership and low ego for every team, from engineering to sales, operations and finance. You own hiring end to end for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager to signed offer. You work directly with the Head of People and the founders, and you help build a talent function that finds the best people in the market through its own channels, complemented by selected search firms for senior hires.

What You’ll Do
