About The Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be part of the People team and will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and senior stakeholders across the company.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership. You will own end-to-end recruitment process, attract talent, guide hiring teams, improve candidate experience, and help us make thoughtful hiring decisions.
Alongside talent acquisition, you'll contribute to and/or own People projects and broader HR activities — such as Employer Branding, Onboarding, and Performance Management cycles, Learning and Development etc. — depending on business priorities.
Why You'd Want to Work Here
- You’ll have real influence over how Infiterra attracts, hires and onboards people.
- You’ll have direct exposure to leadership: you'll work closely with the hiring managers across the business, giving you visibility beyond most TA roles.
- This is a role that requires flexibility. Priorities may shift between recruitment, HR projects, and urgent business needs, so the right person should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and switching context when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with deep Talent Acquisition expertise who also brings hands‑on experience across other HR areas — able to support and contribute to projects outside recruitment when priorities call for it.
- Take ownership and follow through without needing close supervision.
- Move fluidly between owning strategic talent acquisition and contributing to HR projects, without losing quality on either.
- Build trust quickly with different stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
- Care about both speed and quality.
- Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully.
- Enjoy improving processes, not just following them.
- Are comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Can balance operational work with a people‑first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to interviews, feedback collection, offer support, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, improve interview quality, and support clear hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience, with clear communication, timely updates, structured interviews, and a professional representation of Infiterra.
- Improve recruitment practices and tools, including job descriptions, scorecards, interview guides, hiring workflows, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, helping new hires transition smoothly and contributing to a consistent employee experience.
- Act as an HR Business Partner to selected teams, coaching managers, supporting team changes, and advising on people matters.
- Lead and contribute to broader People Function initiatives, such as engagement actions, performance review cycles, employer branding, and process improvements and owning selected projects end to end.
Qualifications
Required

- Ability to assess both technical/role‑related skills and behavioral fit.
- Proven track record owning full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Solid working knowledge of core HR operations: onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations basics.
- Comfortable working with HRIS/ATS systems and producing clean, accurate reporting.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Experience hiring for technical or product roles (e.g. software, telecom/BSS, or SaaS environments).
Preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Greek employment law and statutory compliance policy requirements.
- Prior experience in a scaling company where the HR function was still being built out.
