Eye Security is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and business roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to turn hiring needs into scalable strategies.

In this role you will design and improve recruitment processes, build proactive sourcing pipelines, and drive employer branding and recruitment operations. Hybrid work from our Berlin office is offered.

• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and optimize recruitment performance.
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding and recruitment operations.

• As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x), you’ll join Eye Security at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe
• This is more than a recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business
• We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to solve hiring challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously raise the bar, not only in who we hire, but in how we hire
• Beyond owning end-to-end recruitment processes, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that strengthen our Talent Acquisition function, from improving hiring processes and assessment frameworks to employer branding, sourcing strategies, and other projects that enable us to scale sustainably across Europe
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
• Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance
• Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements
