Job Description:

This allows us to find a healthy balance and flexibility between private lives and delivering quality services to our candidates and clients.

Tasks

• You will work on interim projects or specific vacancies for our clients.
• You will partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruiting processes.
• You will guide candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience that excites them to join our clients' teams.
• You will cooperate with colleagues to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Expect no internal KPIs or unnecessary reporting; we operate as a trust-based team.
• You won't be expected to stay after hours.
• You will be involved and informed about all aspects of Blackbird Collective.

Requirements

• Strong recruiting experience, particularly in the IT sector, working for tech companies in Germany.
• Based in Germany, willing to work independently from home with regular team meetings. Our 'headquarters' is a permaculture farm in Brandenburg.
• Motivated to work a four-day week (20-32 hours).
• Knowledge of HR topics and German language skills are a plus.
• Understanding that recruiting is a game of speed and quality.
• Pragmatic, able to prioritize, and deliver quality work with attention to detail.
• Experience working for modern, fast-moving companies.
• Values diversity beyond just nationality.
• Believes in a modern work-life balance, avoiding long hours and daily commuting.
