Flink in Berlin is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to own end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will shape hiring strategy, build long‑term talent pools, and partner with senior leadership to guide decisions.

This full‑time role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong analytics, and a proven ability to deliver a top candidate experience. English fluency is essential, German is a plus, and SmartRecruiters experience is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter within a tech startup or scaleup business.
• Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strong analytical skills and use data to influence and shape hiring strategy across a department or, ideally, a whole business.
• Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders, with clear examples of when you've had to persuade and navigate tradeoffs.
• You are comfortable using AI to improve recruitment processes, and know what works versus what's hype, with examples of both.
• You have high proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, with German being an advantage.

• Recruitment Analytics: Define the data and metrics that guide hiring decisions across all business areas, using insights to shape recruiting strategy rather than just improve individual processes.
• Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with senior leadership, becoming a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and decision making.
• Candidate Experience: Set the bar for candidate experience at Flink, shaping how we design and continuously evolve the recruitment journey for future Flinkers.
• AI Utilisation: Utilising the latest AI tooling you will streamline the company-wide process, making hiring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

For this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows: The base pay for this position is 51,000.00 - 60,000.00 EUR gross for full-time (40 hours per week). In addition, FLINK offers the
