The Role
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be end-to-end recruitment of top talent across different teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Operations), with a special emphasis on recruiting for tech-related roles. You'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process and help us shape the future of Kayzen’s team.
In addition to recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and make meaningful contributions to our people and culture strategy. We believe in the power of teamwork and creativity when attracting the best talent, and we expect you to bring a fresh approach to employer branding and talent sourcing.
Preferred location: Berlin or Bangalore, though remote candidates in European or Indian time zones will also be considered.
