About the opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us continue building strong teams in our next phase.
Our team owns all topics related to talent acquisition, candidate experience and process improvement. We believe in being equal partners to the business and bringing our subject matter expertise to every conversation, which helps us consistently improve processes and experiences related to recruiting.

In this role, you will:
  • Partner closely with the various teams in order to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions.
  • Build a strong pipeline and engage talent via innovative ways & by creating a great candidate experience.

  • Be an excellent team player - sometimes we need you to roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when needed.

  • Be data driven and use data to make informed decisions and tweak when and where necessary.

  • Maintaining data accuracy in our recruitment ATS (Greenhouse) and database.

  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversions etc.) to drive performance and impact.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring priorities and deliver high-quality hires across all Tech verticals: Engineering, Data, Product & Design.

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience.

  • You have experience with managing an ATS (preferably Greenhouse - bonus points if you worked with Workday as HRIS).

  • You are able to develop and maintain strong relationships as well as influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You can identify blockers and enhance recruitment processes leveraging data and previous experience.

Skills:

  • You are tech-savvy and you have experience with tech recruiting.

  • You bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems.

  • You are able to communicate in a concise and structured manner, adapting your style to the specific situation and interlocutor.

  • You know how to balance speed and quality in a growing environment.
