Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accélération de la stratégie de croissance par l'acquisition de talents dans le secteur technologique, avec une focalisation sur la création d'une expérience candidat exceptionnelle et l'optimisation des processus de recrutement à travers plusieurs marchés européens.

Qualifikationen

  • Expérience 2-3 ans en recrutement senior avec un focus international.
  • Connaissances dans le secteur tech, idéalement en environnements M&A.
  • Langues allemand et anglais couramment, espagnol un plus.

You will become part of our dynamic People & Culture team, currently consisting of 11 members, playing a key role in driving our M&A growth strategy. You will design scalable recruiting processes and take full ownership of filling complex, high-impact positions across multiple markets.


Your To-Dos
  • Lead strategically: You’ll develop and implement a group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with our M&A goals.
  • Set the standard: Recruiting processes, tools, and metrics are rolled out consistently across multiple European markets.
  • Deliver impact: You take ownership of international recruiting initiatives and fill key leadership and tech roles.
  • Think locally: Market-specific recruiting strategies are created with local laws and cultural nuances in mind.
  • Create experiences: A compelling candidate journey is central to your work — and it strengthens our employer brand globally.
  • Enable growth: You support, coach, and develop local recruiters across different countries.
  • Collaborate smartly: Working closely with HR Business Partners, you help ensure structured onboarding experiences.
  • Optimize systems: You actively contribute to improving our ATS (Personio) — from applicant tracking to evaluation forms.
  • Let data lead: Trends don’t slip past you — you use smart data insights to make better hiring decisions.
  • Unify quality: Interview frameworks and assessment methods are standardized across international teams under your guidance.
  • Improve continuously: You challenge existing processes and drive data-based improvements at every step.

Your Skills
  • Proven experience: You bring 2–3 years in a senior recruiting role with a strong international focus.
  • Tech recruiting know-how: You’ve successfully hired in the tech space — ideally in high-growth or M&A-driven environments.
  • Builder mindset: You know how to not only set up recruiting structures, but make them scalable and efficient.
  • Market expertise: You understand the European tech talent landscape — especially in DACH and Spain.
  • Tools confidence: You're at ease using LinkedIn Recruiter and global job platforms.
  • Data fluency: KPIs are your friend — whether in Excel or a similar tool, you know how to interpret the numbers.
  • Languages matter: You speak German and English fluently (C1 or higher); Spanish is a plus.
  • Executive presence: You're confident interacting with our C-level and directors.
  • Cultural awareness: You bring intercultural sensitivity and a strong sense for local business practices.
  • Industry insight: You understand the tech industry and the dynamics of M&A environments.
  • Calm under pressure: Fast-paced and high-stakes? You stay focused and keep things moving.
