Job Description
You'll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for delivering against your hiring targets across G&A and Marketing functions.
With your dedication, growth mindset and data driven skills you'll make a valuable contribution to shaping the future job market.
You own the end-to-end recruitment process for our G&A and Marketing divisions from conducting market research, taking solid briefs to building sophisticated sourcing strategies to offer management.
You partner and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring teams to design and execute innovative, robust attraction strategies.
You anticipate future hiring challenges and build market intelligence to ensure strong candidate pipelines in support of our current needs and future business growth.
You design high quality selection and assessment processes to ensure outstanding hiring experience and quality of hires.
You apply a data driven approach to challenge current recruitment practices by using hiring metrics to assess processes, funnel health and conversion rates and adapt sourcing strategies where needed.
You act as brand ambassador for the Stepstone Group and champion our culture to ensure we hire the right talent in line with our vision and values.
You act a coach and mentor to the wider TA community, introduce best practice and train more junior colleagues.
Qualifications
Full-lifecycle, international recruiting experience within fast-paced business in a competitive market.
Effective stakeholder management skills and experience in building strong, meaningful relationships.
Proven ability to create and drive effective sourcing strategies – you know where to find the right talent and how to engage with the best in the market.
Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral-based interviews and are familiar with variety of assessment methods.
Experience in working in a data-driven environment with creating meaningful reports and market insights for stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and German
You are passionate, have a strong sense of ownership, are resilient, have a collaborative working style and excellent communication skills and enjoy to actively contribute to a global TA community.
