Avelios is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruiting from first contact to offer. You will partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers to build a strong pipeline and manage high-level roles in a fast-paced startup.

Lead end-to-end processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and act as a sparring partner for strategic hires. You’ll shape hiring practices and contribute to our growth and culture.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field from a top university.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience with Ashby as an ATS is a plus, but not required.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude.
• Very good German and English skills.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you are part of our People team and play a key role in driving Avelios' growth. You will take ownership of our recruiting activities and act as the primary point of contact for potential new colleagues.

YOUR TASKS

You are the go-to person when it comes to finding the right talent for Avelios - from first contact to the final offer. You work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers. Your responsibilities include:
