Avelios is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer in München to lead the Solution Architecture team, own architecture across key projects, and act as a technical advisor to sales, engineering, product and project teams.

From early engagements to complex implementations, you will design scalable architectures and integrations, translate clinical and operational requirements into robust solutions, and mentor senior engineers in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture for complex B2B / enterprise environments.
• Strong API and integration design expertise.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, networking, security).
• Fluent German (must-have) and strong English skills.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Solution Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you take on a strategic and leadership role at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations.

You are responsible for leading and developing the Solution Engineering function, while ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric solutions. You work closely with sales, engineering, product, and project teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.

From early sales engagements to complex implementations, you ensure technical excellence, alignment, and long-term success of our clinical software solutions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification


• Extensive experience in solution architecture, ideally in complex B2B / enterprise environments


• Strong expertise in system architecture, APIs, and integration design


• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, networking, security, VPN, etc.)


• Experience with clinical or hospital IT systems is a strong plus


• Proven experience in leading or mentoring technical teams


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Fluent German (must-have) and strong English skills
