An established industry player is seeking a Systems Project Manager to lead strategic customer projects in Digital Buildings and Power Solutions. This posting is for a Regional Operations – Systems Project Manager, with a role focused on the effective operational delivery of Strategic Customer projects for Digital Buildings and Digital Power Solutions [Digital Power LV & MV and Digital Building monitoring and Controls]
The post will require travel outside of the home area / Country sites as required.
This is a hands-on customer facing position and the successful candidate must work well with a multi-activities team and interface directly with contractors and end-users regularly. The key requirement is to reduce risk, improve operational delivery and ensure the same customer experience across multiple countries within region.
The Systems Project Manager role would report to the DE Regional Operations Manager and work closely with the Country stakeholders, project sponsors, project management team(s), Central Engineering and local Engineering teams, SI partners, etc to define the project objectives, create a plan for executing those objectives. Support of on-boarding country teams and partners as well as Coaching of the local Project Manager is part of the mission.
The Systems Project Manager will have an excellent working knowledge of the technical and operational environment in which the project deliverables are created and in which they are used.
The Systems Project Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels both internal and external in the project environment, be proactive and exhibit strong leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a dynamic and geographically disbursed environment.
