What you would do

As part of our Tech Team, you will:

• Ensure the continuous operation of blockchain networks
• Perform routine and emergency updates as needed
• Actively monitor the state of our systems
• Respond promptly to alerts and on-call phone calls
• Mitigate site outages to minimize downtime
• Develop and optimize our work processes
• Design network architectures and debug network issues
• Configure and install network devices and bare metal servers
• Communicate and socialize with operators and the team via channels like Discord, Slack, and Telegram

What we are looking for

While previous experience in crypto/blockchain is welcome, it is not required. We value talent and skills above titles. You should:

• Have an exceptional drive and high initiative
• Be flexible with an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset
• Possess a strong background in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience; a degree is a plus
• Have strong Linux skills
• Be a generalist willing to tackle any technical issue and grow your skills
• Have experience with the entire networking stack, including setting up firewalls and load balancers
• Be able to design and critically evaluate project architectures
• Be fluent in English; German is a plus
• Be willing to travel occasionally to meet the team
