Location : Düsseldorf, Germany (Office-based, hybrid model : remote work possible approximately 1-2days a week depending on work requirements)

Work hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week

Main responsibilities

The role will be as a Senior Support Engineer within the Help Desk team. It involves a broad range of responsibilities, from user support dealing with client-facing issues to infrastructure support, including managing core infrastructure devices such as servers and network equipment.

As for career development, potential paths include taking on a leadership position within the support team, progressing into more advanced roles such as Systems Administrator, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Security Engineer, or Project Manager. In these cases, you will be entrusted with tasks such as proposing improvements to clients and taking on design and implementation responsibilities.

  • PC help desk (remote support, on-site support), Windows Server, M365 support, PC Setup, PC Migration.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Depending on the operation case, there may be on-site support at the customer's site (about 2-3 days a week)
  • Depending on the project, there may be some work on weekends.

Required skills and experiences]

MUST

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT support, systems & networks operation and maintenance, particularly in a Windows environment, is a must.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German or Japanese
  • Driver's license

Other Requirements

As on-site support at client locations is required, candidates should live within a 30-minute commute from the office.
