A leading company in IT solutions is seeking a Senior Support Engineer in Düsseldorf. This office-based role, with a hybrid working model, involves both client-facing user support and managing essential infrastructure. Candidates should have extensive experience in IT support and be fluent in English and either German or Japanese. Location : Düsseldorf, Germany (Office-based, hybrid model : remote work possible approximately 1-2days a week depending on work requirements)
Work hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week

The role will be as a Senior Support Engineer within the Help Desk team. It involves a broad range of responsibilities, from user support dealing with client-facing issues to infrastructure support, including managing core infrastructure devices such as servers and network equipment.
