Your Mission

Ratepay is a dynamic and innovative fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions in the online retail sector. As a DevOps Engineer at Ratepay, you will play a crucial role in our mission to streamline and enhance our payment processing systems.

As a Senior System Engineer, your focus lies within the administration of Windows Servers, virtualizations such as Proxmox Cluster and many connected 3rd party applications. On top of that, application management and administration owned by the Corporate IT department needs to be maintained and developed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Windows Server and Client Administration: Manage Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Dell EMS.
2. Mobile Device Management (MDM): Administer Intune, Baramundi, and Apple Business Manager.
3. Identity Management: Manage identity providers such as Okta and Azure.
4. Hardware Management: Oversee physical hardware in data centers, including DELL file/performance servers, firewalls, and glass fiber switches.
5. Office 365 Management: Administer Office 365 applications and ecosystem.
6. Exchange Management: Manage Exchange Online and Exchange 2016.
7. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors.
8. AWS Migration: Migrate Windows servers to AWS EC2.
9. Application Management: Manage third-party applications.

Within the first 3-6 months, you will:

• Develop and manage Windows Servers.
• Contribute to the ongoing COLT Datacenter Migration.
• Grow into application administration of the IT environment.

That's What You Bring Along

• Over 6 years of professional experience in IT Administration.
• Experience managing and migrating Windows Server 2016-2022 versions.
• Expertise in managing and developing Exchange On-Premise 2016 and Exchange Online.
• Extensive PowerShell experience for handling/modifying scripts and administrating Office 365 components.
• Expert Proficiency in Windows Server Administration (AD, GPO, WSUS, Sites, DNS, Certificates).
• Extensive experience in migration projects (datacenter, applications, servers).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience Managing ESET Endpoint Security.
• Experience with AWS Administration via Terraform.
• Virtualization Experience with either Proxmox, VMWare ESXi or similar (Hyper-V).
