You will be responsible for technical operations including updates, monitoring, and customer support in a flexible work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

We are looking for you, located in Trier, Vienna, Bordeaux (with all locations offering a 60% remote option), as a:
Planning, installation, and management of ORBIS environments and periphery during all phases of the Software Lifecycle, from initial setup of Development, Continuous Integration, QA, to Release Environments.
Operation and maintenance activities include updates, upgrades, installation of additional software, health checks, monitoring, and decommissioning/archiving.
Monitoring of infrastructure, including proactive and real-time problem solving, to ensure availability of all environments and services.
Update log analysis and defect management for update-related issues.
Packaging of ORBIS software deliveries and technical checks to ensure content and quality of software packages meet requirements.
Supporting internal customers in development, quality assurance, and other departments using our systems and services.
Automation of workflows in close collaboration with tooling developers.
Onboarding of new software into our test environment landscape in cooperation with testers, product owners, and developers.
You bring along:
A university degree (Bachelor of Science) in IT or an equivalent field.
Experience in a service or customer-oriented professional IT environment.
IT technical skills > 5 years of experience in software administration/operation.
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Optional: Knowledge of additional scripting languages (Python, Go, Groovy), experience in operation & administration of ORBIS.
Interest in and ability to make workflows and activities efficient and automated.
Ability to quickly understand relationships between entities, their dependencies, and the consequences for infrastructure. Knowledge in areas like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Terraform is an advantage.
Accurate work demanding high quality.
Good self-organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
