MGCS, which stands for Main Ground Combat System, is a Franco-German armaments programme aiming to replace the Leopard 2 and Leclerc main battle tanks with a high-tech ground combat system by 2040.
The programme aims to strengthen the European pillar in NATO, promote key Franco-German technologies, and consolidate the German, French, and European land systems industry.

Your mission :
As a Senior Systems Architect, you will collaborate closely with technical architects from trusted partners to define the MGCS architecture at the system of systems level, and implement this architecture across four primary systems.

You have an engineering background with at least 10 years of experience in architecture and systems engineering, especially related to land forces and deployed systems.
You are proficient in operational concepts, embedded systems, and digital infrastructures, including cybersecurity and safety standards. Knowledge of navigation, observation systems, and UxV is a plus.
You are comfortable working in multicultural environments and familiar with the NATO V4 architecture framework and Enterprise Architect. Strong communication skills with non-expert stakeholders are essential.
You have experience with co-engineering practices, MBSE, and modelling tools.
You demonstrate leadership, initiative, and excellent communication and relationship skills.
