Zusammenfassung

Sennheiser Group is seeking a Senior System Architect (m/f/d) to lead complex system architectures in high-visibility projects. You will shape long-term, scalable architecture, ensure robust integration, and guide engineers across multiple domains.

You will analyze intricate dependencies, facilitate technical decisions, and drive architectural standards, while collaborating with a global team in German and English. On-site with flexible models in a dynamic audio-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree or equivalent with strong background in technical systems.
  • Extensive experience in architecting complex technical systems.
  • Knowledge of system integration, interface definition and architecture modeling.
  • Ability to analyze complex dependencies and facilitate decisions.
  • Experience guiding team members within projects and cross-project exchanges.
  • Fluent German and English communication in technical contexts.

Senior System Architect (m/f/d)

The Senior System Architect takes responsibility for complex system architectures in projects with high technical and organizational complexity. The role develops sophisticated architectural concepts with a focus on long-term system stability and integration capability, derives sustainable architecture decisions within the project context, and facilitates demanding architecture and integration reviews.

Your Responsibilities
  • You take responsibility for complex system architectures in projects with high technical and organizational complexity.
  • You develop sophisticated architectural concepts, taking into account long-term system stability and integration capability.
  • You independently analyze complex, not fully standardized system issues and develop viable solutions.
  • You evaluate technical design alternatives and derive sustainable architecture decisions within the project context.
  • You facilitate demanding architecture and integration reviews.
  • You provide technical guidance and support to System Architects and Development Engineers within the project environment.
  • You align complex interface and integration topics across multiple domains.
  • You contribute to cross-project exchange formats and provide professional impulses to further advance architectural standards
Your Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field, or you have completed at least three years of relevant vocational training combined with additional qualifications and extensive professional experience.
  • You have many years of experience in architecting complex technical systems.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of system integration, interface definition, and architecture modeling.
  • You are able to independently analyze complex system dependencies and technical interactions.
  • You have experience in providing technical guidance to team members within a project context.
  • You have the ability to facilitate complex technical decision-making processes.
  • You are proficient in the secure use of architecture and modeling tools.
  • You communicate technical content confidently in both German and English.
  • You have experience in cross-project professional exchange.
