Zusammenfassung

Sennheiser Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for end-to-end leadership of complex product development initiatives in Germany. You will steer cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and guide governance and change initiatives to deliver innovative audio solutions.

The role requires senior PM expertise with strong German and English communication, and a track record of navigating large organizational structures and agile methods to drive results.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree or equivalent in business/engineering/CS with substantial product development experience.
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects in tech/product environments.
  • Strong mix of traditional and agile PM methods in large organizations.
  • Experience managing large project budgets and multiple sub-projects.
  • Experience sharing knowledge across projects and guiding teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex risks and implement mitigations.
  • Skilled in negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for complex reuse and platform projects within governance frameworks.

  • Perform structured risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams without direct disciplinary authority.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and alignment workshops with stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, audience-appropriate communication with management and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to Junior and Professional Project Managers.
  • Contribute to cross-project knowledge sharing and governance evolution.
  • Drive change management and governance development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for complex reuse and platform projects with a high degree of organizational and technical complexity within the product development environment, operating within defined governance frameworks.
  • You manage schedules, resources, and budgets, assess critical deviations from project objectives, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • You perform structured analyses of complex project risks and develop sustainable mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • You lead interdisciplinary project teams within the product development organization as part of your project management responsibility, without direct disciplinary authority.
  • You facilitate complex decision‑making processes and alignment workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You ensure transparent and audience‑appropriate communication with management and all project stakeholders.
  • You provide guidance and mentoring to Junior and Professional Project Managers.
  • You contribute to cross‑project exchange forums and actively support the continuous evolution of project management methodologies.
  • You actively shape change management initiatives and drive the further development of governance structures and decision‑making processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have completed at least three years of relevant vocational training, supplemented by advanced qualifications and extensive professional experience in a product development environment.
  • You have many years of experience leading complex projects in technology‑driven or product‑focused environments.
  • You possess deep expertise in both traditional and agile project management methodologies and are able to apply them effectively within complex organizational structures.
  • You have experience managing substantial project budgets as well as coordinating multiple sub‑projects.
  • You have contributed to cross‑project knowledge‑sharing initiatives and collaborative exchange formats.
  • You are able to analyze complex risk scenarios in a structured manner and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • You have the ability to facilitate demanding negotiation and decision‑making processes involving diverse stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English.
