Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a hands-on Solution Builder in Germany to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions. You will partner with clients, orchestrate AI-enabled design, and steer governance across delivery teams while advancing Pega Blueprint-led workflows.

Bring 5–10 years in software development or technical consulting, a CS degree, Agile/Scrum proficiency, and business-level German. This role blends architecture, advisory, and hands-on delivery in a dynamic consulting

• Strong knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to work within Scrum teams, implementing user stories in fast-paced environments.
