DKB Code Factory GmbH is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect to guide a team of developers in delivering low-code Pega solutions that drive digital transformation. You will shape technical strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable, customer-focused applications.

You will bring LSA/SSA-level Pega expertise, strong leadership, and excellent English communication to a dynamic, product-driven environment in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Pega certification: Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) with LSA-level skills.
• Several years of hands-on software development, including 3–4 years in Pega application development.
• Experience with diverse technologies: app servers, languages, web tech, databases (RDBMS and non-relational), API integration.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented design principles and patterns.
• Experience delivering solutions with Agile/Scrum methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineers, designers, product owners, BAs and architects.
• Leadership and mentoring experience for developer teams.
• Proficiency in English.

• Pega certification: You have successfully obtained certification as a Lead System Architect (LSA). Or you have the Senior System Architect (SSA) certification, but you think you already perform on an LSA level.
• Software development: Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3-4 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Technical versatility: You have experience working with a diverse set of technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
• Object-oriented expertise: Knowledge and practical experience with Object-Oriented techniques and design principles.
• Agile methodologies: Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Leadership & mentorship: Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers fostering their professional growth and development.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English.
