Your Responsibilities

1. Designing, implementing, debugging, documenting, and executing manual and automated tests.
2. Performing exploratory testing and providing timely feedback to the development teams.
3. Planning and coordination of test activities with development teams and test teams.
4. Improving test coverage and cost of tests.
5. Improving test approaches, test frameworks, and test tools.
6. Consulting the development teams in terms of test-related topics, like design for testability or acceptance test driven development.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years experience in software development of technical systems with a focus on software testing and test automation.
3. Very good understanding of digital electronics.
4. Good knowledge of Java programming and the Linux operating system.
5. Critical and analytical thinking, open-minded, and curious to learn new things.
6. Sense of ownership with the ability to drive topics to completion.
7. Being a team player with the desire to work in an international team.
8. Very good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or agile testing in large organizations.
2. Experience in semiconductor testing, preferably of digital circuitry with the V93000 system, or the semiconductor industry in general.
3. Good knowledge of scripting like Python or Ruby.
4. Good knowledge of the software configuration management system Git.
