About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to support secure remote access systems as part of a second-level support team. The focus of this role is hands-on resolution of incidents via remote maintenance, primarily involving VPN solutions and secure hardware such as the genua genucard. The position is part of a broader IT infrastructure support unit and operates in a distributed team across multiple German locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle second-level support tickets and incidents via remote access
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote access services in internal and external environments
• Plan, assess, and execute IT service changes in line with service standards
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes in the role of a system tester
• Install and configure remote access solutions (RAS) in accordance with applicable IT security policies
• Maintain and improve technical documentation for operational consistency

• 2+ years of administrative experience in Windows OS environments
