We are hiring a Senior Sustainability Manager within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, which operates in North America and Europe under the Tork brand. As a Senior Sustainability Manager, you will lead key sustainability activities within the product organization and manage a dedicated team of two professionals. Your responsibilities include defining and implementing the BU Product sustainability strategy aligned with Essity's targets, creating and executing roadmaps and 5-year plans, and ensuring a sustainable product assortment. You will also oversee certification strategies and coordinate activities to secure compliance (e.g., eco labelling, FSC certifications).
You will report to the Product Management Director Assortment & Packaging and be part of the Product Management team. The role requires periodic travel (up to 20% per year).
You are a good communicator, customer-driven, and thrive in an international environment. You are self-motivated, capable of challenging yourself, and eager to develop in new areas.
