Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem Unternehmensumfeld.
• Kenntnis der CSRD-Regulierung und anderer nachhaltigkeitsbezogener Vorschriften.
• Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.

Job Description:

Wir sind Uniper

• Ensure Uniper's adherence to the CSRD E1 standard and forthcoming EU regulations related to climate change. Stay informed about evolving requirements.
• Lead the development and coordinate reporting efforts on climate-related topics such as strategy, governance, policies, targets, and actions for the Climate Transition Plan and E1 chapter of the Sustainability Statement of the Annual Report.
• Oversee and manage the audit of the Sustainability Statement chapter on Climate Change, including increasing audit requirements.
• Manage the delivery of Uniper's Climate Transition Plan, ensuring that stakeholder expectations and industry practices are properly reflected.
• Facilitate coordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with and interface to the corporate strategy regarding climate strategy and governance considerations.

Dein Profil

• University degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of CSRD regulation and other sustainability and climate-related regulations.
• Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment or operational excellence tools and methods; certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking about processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
