The role

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, your primary focus will be identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings across the supply chain. You will quickly analyze supply plans and vendor performance to drive improvements aligned with industry best practices. Managing vendor relationships and optimizing Procure-to-Pay operations will be key to reducing costs and increasing operational effectiveness.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply strategies with business goals, influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions with a clear focus on total cost of ownership and complexity.

We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on leader who combines strategic insight with operational rigor to deliver measurable impact. If you’re passionate about driving continuous improvement and collaborating across teams, you’ll thrive in this role.

What you’ll do

• Design and enhance supply planning processes and tooling to enable efficient, lean scaling aligned with evolving business strategies.
• Identify and lead initiatives that optimize supply chain integration, focusing on cost savings and improved performance.
• Develop supply chain designs that are resilient to disruptions by monitoring risks and ensuring adaptability.
• Maintain a healthy scaling pipeline by driving onboarding readiness and harmonization across markets, fostering collaboration among key stakeholders and geographic teams to unify SKU portfolios.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, vendor management, and P2P operations, with a focus on efficiency and best practices.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive decisions with a TCO and complexity-aware lens.
• A strategic yet hands-on mindset, balancing big-picture thinking with operational execution.
• Ability to translate planning insights into action, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Language: English, and other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)

Nice to haves:

• Advanced Analytical Tools: Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning tools.
• S&OP Experience: Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes.
