Job Description:

Our Production Department manages the online used-car-buying experience for private customers, focusing on speed, quality, and efficiency through a data-driven approach. Support us as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Production by challenging the status quo and demonstrating your negotiation skills and supply chain expertise.

Based at our headquarters in Berlin, you will work closely with all Production management teams across Europe and our Director of Production Europe to enhance our supply chain for Production.

• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to maximize value.
• Analyze supplier data, products, lead times, and pricing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new top suppliers to strengthen our supplier network across Europe.
• Develop and implement a European roadmap for cost savings and supply chain improvements.
• Improve procurement processes within the Production department, including system implementation, analysis, budgeting, and benchmarking.
• Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders, including top management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement within start-ups, management consultancies, fast-growing companies, or the automotive sector, with 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience building procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently and in teams.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
