Jobbeschreibung

Responsibility:

• Leading SQA activities in the BU for our manufacturing partners.
• Support SCM during supplier selection and nomination process.
• Execute supplier audits, (risk) assessments, process approvals including Run&Rate.
• Definition and negotiation of Quality Assurance Agreements.
• Follow up of action items resulting from audits and assessments including on-site verification.
• Support for suppliers during project and mass production phase.
• Execution of supplier evaluations and resulting improvement programs.
  
  

Competency:

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10years working experience in automotive industry.
• Experienced auditor for system and process audits with related auditor qualification (ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) .
• Experience in supplier management.
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry, especially in PCB assembly (SMT, THT, Coating, Testing) .
• In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, ...), problem solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa,..) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS,...)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Very good communication skills and convincing appearance.
• Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
