FIELD BASED: Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry leader. You’re guaranteed €70k base salary and OTE of €110,000, with top earners up to €150k+ and a car allowance of up to €6k / Company Car, which currently includes exciting electric / hybrid cars.

Our clients are an award-winning Health and Safety, HR, and Employment Law service and have been in business for over 40 years, supporting Business Owners and Senior Leaders.

This is an amazing opportunity within a truly sales-led organization, which has grown from strength to strength and is looking to bring on brilliant individuals with a hunger for success to contribute to that growth.

In terms of your day-to-day, you’ll be:

  1. Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
  2. Attending and closing your own sales appointments.
  3. Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  4. Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline.
  5. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

  1. 5+ years of a proven track record of selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience NOT required).
  2. Confidence in value-based / consultative selling.
  3. Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors, and HR Managers.
  4. Experience in a fast-paced environment attending a high volume of weekly meetings.
  5. Previous field-based experience.
