Job Description

I am recruiting for a global consulting company that are looking to grow their team in Germany and wider Europe by hiring 4 SuccessFactors Consultants with a preference to focus on EC but open to any modules.

Your role will be to provide advice and consulting services in the implementation of SuccessFactors to several clients across Germany but also with a focus on Europe and MENA. Dependant on your level, you will have the chance to learn newer modules, gain certifications, become a Team Leader / Project Management etc.

You will be responsible for :

  • Advising our clients with expert advice on HR processes as well as the functional implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Analysing business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central processes.
  • Analysing, consulting, creating and deploying state-of-the-art HR business process applications
  • Conducting interactive and dynamic seminars to create SuccessFactors that empower end users and support client processes.
  • Guaranteeing perfect system integration, collaborate with other SuccessFactors teams.
  • Learn the most recent SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices on a constant basis.
  • Supporting and the development of SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding, falls under this responsibility.
  • Consulting for HR and IT departments regarding the optimization of HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Adapting and setting up SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs
  • involvement in rollout initiatives and deployments at the national and international levels
  • Organising and carrying out user assistance and training for end users and key users
  • Troubleshooting and keeping an eye on continuing operations
