Job Description

I am recruiting for a global consulting company that is looking to grow their team in Germany and wider Europe by hiring 4 SuccessFactors Consultants, with a preference to focus on EC but open to any modules.

Your role will be to provide advice and consulting services in the implementation of SuccessFactors to clients across Germany, Europe, and MENA. Depending on your level, you will have the opportunity to learn newer modules, gain certifications, and advance to roles such as Team Leader or Project Manager.

You will be responsible for :

  • Advising clients with expert advice on HR processes and the functional implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central processes
  • Designing, consulting, creating, and deploying HR business process applications
  • Conducting seminars to empower end users and support client processes
  • Ensuring system integration and collaborating with other SuccessFactors teams
  • Staying updated with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and industry standards
  • Supporting the development of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding
  • Consulting HR and IT departments on HR process optimization with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Adapting and configuring modules to meet business needs
  • Participating in rollout initiatives at national and international levels
  • Organizing user training and assistance for end users and key users
  • Monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues
