Zusammenfassung

Akkodis Germany Tech Experts GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg einen erfahrenen Strukturingenieur zur Leitung und Unterstützung der Zertifizierung von Fahrzeug- und Cabin-Modifikationen gemäß EASA DOA.

Sie prüfen, validieren und freigeben Struktur-Nachweise, führen Stressanalysen durch und erstellen entsprechende Berichte. Internationale Zusammenarbeit und hybrides Arbeitsmodell werden geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Luft-/Raumfahrt, Aeronautical oder Mechanical Engineering.
• Mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Luft- und Raumfahrt-Erfahrung.
• Erfahrung als DOA in EASA Part 21J-Umgebung oder äquivalent.
• Nachweis als CVE in einer Design Organisation.
• Kenntnisse in Strukturnachweisen, Lastenberechnungen, FEA und Berichterstattung.

Aufgaben

• Führen und Unterstützen der strukturellen Zertifizierung von Modifikationen gemäß EASA-DOA.
• Prüfen und Freigeben von Struktur-Nachweisunterlagen.
• Durchführen von Stressanalysen mittels klassischer Methoden, Handberechnungen und FEA.
• Erstellen und Bewerten technischer Berichte und Nachweise.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Ingenieurteams.

Description

Lead and support the structural certification of aircraft modifications in accordance with EASA regulations and Design Organization Approval (DOA) procedures. Develop, review, and approve structural substantiation packages for aircraft interior modifications.

Evaluate and certify:

• Galleys, lavatories, class dividers, monuments, and premium/VVIP cabin furnishings
• Cabin layout changes (LOPA)
• Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and other cabin equipment

Perform and review stress analyses using classical methods, hand calculations, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Prepare and assess technical reports and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across international locations and time zones.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant aerospace engineering experience
• Recent experience within an EASA Part 21J Design Organisation Approval (DOA) environment (or equivalent).
• Experience serving as a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) within a Design Organisation
• Proven expertise in: Structural analysis and substantiation, Stress calculations, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Technical report writing
