Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and instruct complex tasks internally and externally.
2. Possess wide knowledge of means and methods specific to the development of airframe methods through certification.
3. Define specifications and structure analysis Means of Compliance.
4. Propose program code routines for analysis processes, methods, and tools (e.g., FEM pre- & post-processing, automatic calculation, digital data processing).
5. Plan activities according to defined deliverables.
6. Improve, define, and adapt Stress and F&DT methods, assumptions, data, and procedures for metallic and composite structures (including hand calculations and FEM methods).
7. Lead the compilation of certification-level documents in accordance with CS25 regulations.
8. Assess and verify production non-conformities (concessions).
9. Support stress and fatigue analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures.
10. Establish check procedures and progress monitoring aligned with the program process to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Recognized expertise in stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance for metal and composite components.
2. Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics/aviation or mechanical engineering.
3. At least 10 years of professional experience in structural analysis activities throughout the development phases and lifecycle of several aircraft.
4. Wide proficiency in airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods, and tools.
5. Ability to lead and instruct complex tasks internally and externally.
6. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
