Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Facilitating effective board meetings through sufficient planning, coordination and management of agendas, presentations and executive summaries, while also ensuring that all materials are polished, concise and impactful
• Developing efficient preparation and follow-up processes to ensure meetings are productive and decisions are well-documented and effectively communicated
• Simplifying and presenting complex strategic topics in a clear and compelling way, while also engaging executives and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling and data visualisation
• Working closely with international senior leadership to align on strategic initiatives, thereby ensuring that objectives are clear and actionable
• Enhance and refine governance structures and processes to improve oversight, efficiency and strategic alignment across the organisation
• Handling ad-hoc requests from senior leadership as well as preparing presentations and insights that are visually engaging and easy to understand
• Acting as a vital link between senior leadership and stakeholders to foster seamless communication and collaboration that ensures successful outcomes for all strategic discussions

• Completed degree or MBA with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in a strategic consultancy role, working closely with top management or executive teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, as well as the ability to simplify complex strategic concepts and present them in a compelling manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for transforming data into actionable insights
• A deep understanding of governance structures and processes, with a focus on aligning strategy and organisational goals
• Proven track record in storytelling and data visualisation, using tools such as PowerPoint, Efficient Elements and others to create impactful presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to establish and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
