What do you contribute?

• Being part of our Strategy team, you will be responsible for evaluating and promoting innovative technologies and business models with the aim of realizing growth options for our software business unit.
• You will monitor market and competitors and prepare analyses for the management.
• Moreover, you will independently manage highly complex strategy, and M&A projects, bringing together different partners from across the company.
• You will drive the adoption of AI tools and methods across the entire organization.
• With a strong solution-oriented approach, you will develop concepts (e.g. for partnering, regional go-to-market, or changes in the business model) and drive their implementation.
• You act internationally and across divisions to initiate measures and promote the exchange of best practices.
• In addition, you will continuously contribute to the improvement of methods and tools for the strategy process and business planning.

What do you bring along?

• You hold a Master's degree in an economics or engineering discipline.
• Additionally, you have many years of professional experience in the areas of corporate strategy or corporate development - in-house or in management consulting.
• You have experience with technological and business frameworks in the context of IT and software.
• You bring practical expertise in using the latest AI technologies.
• Furthermore, you have experience in cross-functional and international projects, preferably also in the role of project manager.
• You also have a very good command of English and are willing to travel (approx. 20%).
