Domain/Function Description:

The Devices & Platforms (D&P) procurement domain holds global responsibility for categories including Device Partnerships, Home Devices & Services, and TV & Communication Services.

Your Responsibilities

As a Strategic Sourcer (m/f), you will primarily handle transversal tasks within the Digital Home Devices (DHD) category, specifically in the boxes sub-category. You will lead procurement projects of varying complexity at both corporate and local levels, managing relationships with suppliers of different sizes. Your role includes developing and maintaining transversal tools, collaborating with related teams such as risk management and demand planning, executing global category strategies, and defining project strategies.

You will also ensure targets are met and support countries throughout the contract lifecycle. Your duties include:

• Conducting market intelligence, benchmarking, spend and risk management, anti-trust reviews, supplier business reviews, catalog and price monitoring, and managing market share tools.
• Analyzing and managing country demands using the Demand Plan Tool.
• Leading demand-based RFPs & RFQs and supporting countries during implementation.
• Defining and executing cost optimization strategies and realization plans.
• Controlling active contracts and managing change requests.
• Supporting and participating in category strategy development and documentation.

Your Profile

You hold a university degree or MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

• At least 3 years of professional procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication or network technologies.
• Experience coordinating large projects within international organizations and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of contract law.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.
• Business development mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI.
