As a (Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for operational and strategic projects, working closely with internal teams like account management, product, sales & marketing, and coordinating with About You’s Holding teams in finance or HR. You can be based in Hamburg or Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term vision
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and coordinate with holding teams for streamlined processes
• Support the internal scaling of SCAYLE, preparing the organization for growth and expansion

Requirements

• Above average university degree from a top university
• Several years of experience in strategy & business development, preferably in consultancy or start-up environment (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of software-related business processes (CSM, product development, finance, etc.)
• Motivated to drive lighthouse projects and work independently
• Fast learner with a structured working approach
