A software company in Munich is seeking a talented marketing professional with at least 3 years of B2B experience, specifically in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic marketing, product marketing, and campaign management. Strategic responsibility
Helping to shape and develop the casavi marketing strategy in close coordination with management, sales, customer success and product management.
Ensuring uniform brand positioning and consistent communication across all channels and target groups.
Product marketing
Developing and implementing the product marketing strategy for existing and new features.
Defining the value proposition, product storyline and unique selling points.
Supporting sales and partners with tailored marketing materials.
Go-to-market & campaign management
Planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns for new products and releases.
Orchestration of content, paid media, social media, newsletters and events.
Ensuring a measurable impact of campaigns along the customer journey.
Campaign maintenance & reporting
Monitoring of relevant KPIs and continuous optimisation of ongoing measures.
Preparation of regular reports for stakeholders.
Maintenance, management and further development of existing campaigns (including parental leave cover).
Interface management
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, product, partnerships, leadership).
Management of external partners and service providers for the implementation of marketing projects.
Experience in B2B marketing: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strategic marketing understanding: You have proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and positioning.
Product marketing expertise: You are confident in developing value propositions, storylines and go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
Campaign management: You have experience in planning, orchestrating and optimising multi-channel campaigns (content, paid, etc.) with a focus on performance and conversion.
Analysis & reporting: You have a routine in using KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools; ability to derive data-based recommendations for action.
Tools & systems: You have knowledge of common CMS and automation tools (e.g. Clay, Salesforce) and openness to quickly learn new systems.
AI in marketing: You bring preferably initial practical experience in the use of AI tools.
Project management skills:You have strong organisational skills, personal responsibility and experience in managing agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills: Keen sense of effective storytelling and target group-oriented communication.
Languages: You are business fluent German (C2) and you have very good English skills.
