Your new company
Multi-site division of a highly regarded UK plc. This division has a turnover in excess of £300mn and is well-established in their marketplace, with many long-standing clients, predominantly in the public sector. Your new role

This is a strategic, regional role, where you will be required to:

• Define effective finance business partnering practices.
• Prepare high-quality monthly reports and analyses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI creation.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost control.
• Support the statutory accounts process and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends.
• Partner with senior leaders on profitability and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and planning.

What you'll need to succeed

Fully qualified with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (preferred). Prior experience in Finance Business Partnering, with significant post-qualification experience. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external non-finance stakeholders and navigate a complex internal business environment.

What you'll get in return

Salary of £70-75k + car scheme + a competitive benefits package. Long-term hybrid working arrangement: work from home 3-4 days per week, with travel to customer sites across the South West for the remaining days.
